Steven Ross is the Executive Principal of Risk Masters.  Steve was previously a Director in Deloitte’s Security & Privacy practice and was the global leader of their Business Continuity Management practice.  Steve has implemented BCM programs, disaster recovery plans and resilience preparations for numerous banks, government agencies and industrial corporations. In recent years, his focus has been on the security and availability of large corporate business and technology environments.  Steve is a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP).

Eric Beck is a Principal of Risk Masters.  He is a seasoned Business Continuity Management professional with 20 years of consulting experience across a wide range of clients and industries.  Most recently, Eric led Protiviti’s U.S. Northeast BCM Practice where he held the title of Associate Director.  Previously, Eric was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s BCM practice.  During his career, Eric has delivered a broad range of solutions in areas including strategic planning, business continuity program development, business impact analysis and risk assessment.  Eric holds an M.B.A. from the Rutgers Business School and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional.

Sandra Allison is a Principal of Risk Masters.  Sandy is a Certified Business Continuity Professional with 25 years combined industry and consulting services experience.  During her career, Sandy has delivered crisis management, business continuity and IT disaster recovery solutions with a broad range of industries that include financial services, insurance, consumer business and manufacturing.  Sandy specializes in enterprise business continuity program implementations, business and technology assessments, regulatory compliance audits and testing recovery solutions with commercial vendors. xxxxxx. 

Harvey Betan is an Associate Principal of Risk Masters.  He is a Certified Business Continuity Planning consultant, with more than 12 years of experience in business continuity management and IT disaster recovery planning.  His career in business continuity began after 15 year career that included serving as a IT Director and CIO within the financial, insurance and not for profit industries.  He has guided both government and private-sector organizations in preparing plans and conducting exercises to their readiness to respond to disruptive events. Mr. Betan is frequent published in business continuity publications and has conducted seminars at both DRJ and CPM conferences.  


Marty Johnson is an Associate Principle with Risk Masters.  He has over 30 years experience in the area of information technology and business consulting, and over 20 years specializing in business continuity solutions and programs.  His experience includes assisting a broad range of organizations among the Fortune 100 in implementing and enhancing their resilience and recovery strategies.  Marty has managed several multi-year engagements in which the scope began with a current state assessment through the needs definition and strategy design to successful implementation of ongoing business continuity programs.  His past employment includes management responsibilities with both business continuity vendors and “Big Four” consultancies.  During this time he conducted both engagements and specialized training for staff and clients worldwide.
